Story behind the song
In this song I tried to take a good honest look at myself, and began to write about the state of being human…being imperfect and having to accept that we will never be perfect. Perfection is God. Humans are stuck in the flow and struggle of Yin Yang. The music was used in three different song attempts, and not being satisfied with the melody or lyrics kept at it, trying to make the best song I could with the music I wrote. Then the lyrics came and I knew that this was the version of the song that I wanted to pursue. As usual, I'm playing all the instruments on this.
