Hey, well I would say freestyle, with many influences. It's not that I am trying to be different it's just I am different, not much I can do about that. There
Zapp Royce often described as a rough diamond is mainly me with selected musicians who want to get involved creating original cool, funky, upbeat music. My soundclick profile is more of a sound gallery, not all the songs featured on this site are mine, but if they are featured I will be playing on them or have some involvement regarding the production for example Andy Gray's song Don't Get Left Behind I introduced Kirsten Price & Joanna to Andy. Just a quick update Global Warming IS now back on itunes etc I'll tell you why shortly. CHARLIE GOES BHANGRAH TRACK of the week 28th January 2008 On Garageband.com AWARDS! Story behind the song
Joe called me up and asked if I could come over and put some sax on his song, I went along to his studio, there were bands playing in the next room on both sides of his studio, I had two practice runs and then blew like a nutter to cut out the sound of the other bands on either side of his little studio.
