Powerful christian Rockband from Hannover, Germany
Semaja was the first christian Rock Band in Germany which played in secular environment of any kind. It went out of the church buildings and crusades or evangelistic campains to reach the unsaved with the good message of christ. The style was bit like Santana or Pink Floyd. They were the true (and heavenly) "SCORPIONS" of the the City of Hannover. ;-)

Story behind the song
Lebenstanz means "dance of life" and is a symbol for Jesus, the dancer. On the back-side of the Album is a little text: "Not wild or without goal the dancer of life is dancing through the streets of this world. He is Life himself, Creator and sustainer. He dances to infect the dying city and the dying people with new life. And all which trust him and dance his dance after him will escape death...
