FREE BEATS,Funky techno, electro, house, HIP HOP, R&B, BIG BEATS, DANCEHALL, POP, intelligent and musically inventive/interesting.
My tracks vary in style from minimal techno, electro, hip hop, house, ambient to banging hard and some of the tracks are hard to categorize. I write and sequence all my music from scratch, using Atari Computers and a very early version of Cubase. All the tracks are recorded live onto a zoom h4 recorder, usually in one take. Looking for an editor to smooth out the rough edges, although I'm very pleased with the live production value. It gives the tracks a lively edge.

Story behind the song
Posted by junoxl5 - November 03, 2005 10:43AM   So you think you've got problems? These mis dya meaners and bastardisations of the old English language, that you have articulated so neatly, pale in comparison to the savagery that is being carried out over here in the UK, with commonly used words being literally turned on their heads. Regular examples of this can be heard in the highest of places, such as at the bbc radio 1 station. For example, only a few weeks ago, I was listening to one of their many excellent late night shows, that promote exciting and interesting upcoming talent, and took an interest in a young woman who was being interviewed on the show after the dj played a couple of her excellent tracks. You can imagine my surprise when she told the dj that her music was 'really bad man... really heavy like'. That was certainly not the impression I had made of her melodic achievements, in fact I thought she was rather good. I then started to think that she was making self deprecatory remarks about her performance, and that possibly, she had some issues with low self esteem and confidence, brought about by a troubled life.    Well, you can only imagine the shock that I got when the previously nice young dj started agreeing with her, saying 'yes, that track was well bad, totally bum like man'. ' Well I never!', I thought to myself, I seem to perhaps, be missing something here.... and right enough, as the show progressed I realised that these words were being used in way of a compliment.... and as if the language wasn't complicated enough.... now words can mean the opposite of what was originally intended, so now you have to carefully explore the context of it's usage to validate it's particular meaning in any given situation....   What I'm left wondering now is what are these kids going to do when the shit really hits the fans, and they've used up all the hating, the bad and the heavy in these other contexts.... I suppose it must mean they'll be lying around in their despair and desperation shouting 'Everything's groovy baby', and waving their hands in the air in utter joy!   Whatever next, or whatever.....
