Story behind the song
Lennox was taken away from his family home, a home where he was happy and loved for 5 years. He was confiscated by a dog warden at Belfast City Council on 19th May 2010 because of breed specific legislation, BSL bans certain breeds of dogs simply for the way they look.
Lennox was a friendly family pet who had never caused any problems. Sadly Lennox never made it home, he was killed because of inherently flawed and failed legislation which has no place in civilised society.
